Google API Disclosure

pipeMOTION™'s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

pipeMOTION™ accesses Google account data only with user authorization and only as needed to provide user-facing features such as communication organization, follow-up assistance, workflow support, and related account functionality.

Consistent with the Limited Use requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy, pipeMOTION™ affirms that information received from Google APIs is not:

• used or transferred for serving advertisements, including retargeted, personalized, or interest-based advertising;

• used or transferred to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes;

• sold or transferred to data brokers, information resellers, or other parties that conduct surveillance or distribute user data;

• used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models; or

• read by humans, except (a) with the affected user's explicit consent, (b) for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) where the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

You may revoke pipeMOTION™'s access to your Google account at any time by disconnecting the Google integration in your account settings, or via your Google Account permissions page.
